Government funding up to HK$400,000 for each enterprise; a maximum of four projects may be approved

2:1 matching basis. Normally, enterprise contributes one-third of the project cost and government subsidizes two-thirds of the project cost.

Government subsidizes local SMEs in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, upgrade business processes, business development, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

(1) Registered in Hong Kong and with at least one year of substantive business operation in Hong Kong; and
(2) No of employees in Hong Kong (i) fewer than 100 employees for manufacturing businesses or (ii) fewer than 50 employees for non-manufacturing businesses
